The most powerful of all Buddhas & Main Deity of Samurai Buddhism (Fudo-Shu)

Fudo Buddha is the warrior form of the Supreme Cosmic Buddha/Universe and the source of all enlightenment and existence. Therefore, while Amida Buddha gives us enlightenment in the afterlife, Fudo Buddha can give us enlightenment in this life itself. Hence, all of our prayers, struggles and hard work can actually win us the highest prize in this lifetime itself -- via Enlightenment where we no longer have to be reborn in the earthly plane. We absolutely can be re-born in heaven where we can become a Deity ourselves and assist Almighty Fudo Buddha like an Angel or Buddha ourselves. Therefore, by honoring Almighty Fudo Buddha, directly and devoutly, we can gain enlightenment in this lifetime itself. Nothing can be more important in any lifetime.

While Amida Buddha gives us enlightenment in the next lift, Almighty Fudo gives us enlightenment in this lifetime itself via Sokushin Jobutsu
